When I was coloring hair in a traditional salon, I loved how I could use my skills to transform someone’s entire spirit simply by changing their hair. But that contrasted significantly with the toxic traditional salon environment, and I felt there was more we could do.

After exploring and certifying in reiki energy healing and other modalities, I learned about the energetic power of hair and ceremony and realized that these two worlds could, and should, merge. And thus the Hair Priestess was born:

a conscious hair care experience that finds beauty in inner and outer wellness.

Appointments are brought to the comfort of your own home, use only the highest quality organic and sustainable hair products and color, and if you so choose, offer reiki-based energy healing and ceremony to enhance your session.

We are all coming back to our roots, coming back to the teachings and practices of our ancestors, so it was only a matter of time this seeped over into the hair care world.
